I ordered a few kitchen bits from homeessentialsdirect.com and, yeah… kind of a mixed bag, but not in a bad way. A couple of the items were actually nicer than I expected, which was a nice surprise. One of them did feel a little cheaper in the hand though, and it had a small mark on it when it arrived. I thought about returning it, but it still works fine, so I just kept it. Overall, I wouldn’t say the quality is amazing or anything, but it’s also not terrible for what I paid. I’d probably buy from them again, just maybe read the details a bit more carefully next time.

"Helpful support and a fair experience overall"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. To be fair, they got back to me the next day and sorted it out without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The delivery was a little slower than I’d hoped, so that’s the only downside, but the support team was friendly and actually helpful. Overall, I’d be happy to use Home Essentials Direct again

"Returning it turned into a hassle"
I sent the item back expecting the refund to be straightforward, but I’m still waiting on it. From my experience, the return process feels slower and more frustrating than it should be.

"Showed up earlier than I thought"
I ordered it earlier this week and wasn’t expecting it to arrive so soon. It showed up way faster than I planned for, which was a nice surprise. Delivery was really quick, so I’m happy with the experience...

"I don’t think this was worth..."
I don’t think this was worth the money. For the price, I expected a lot more, so I kind of blame the brand for charging that much for something so underwhelming.
